The Coane Company of Philadelphia was busy in the cap marketplace from the late 1940s through the 1960s. Coane mostly manufactured minor league, college and high school caps, but they did briefly supply the Brooklyn Dodgers with caps in the late 1940s, and a Baltimore Orioles cap made by the company in the mid-1960s is also displayed on this site. Coane caps are of excellent quality, and often feature thick and soft wool. Also worth noting are the oversized buttons on the top of each cap.
